By browsing this website or engaging Ambient Interiors for property styling services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • 1. Quotes and Validity: All quotes provided by Ambient Interiors are estimates based on the information provided and are valid for 30 days. We reserve the right to adjust quotes if the property scope or layout differs significantly upon physical inspection.

  • 2. Booking and Payments:

    • A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed Service Agreement and the required deposit (or approval from Elepay).

    • For standard bookings, full payment is required prior to the installation date unless otherwise agreed.

  • 3. Elepay & Third-Party Financing:

    • The "Pay at Settlement" service is provided by Elepay. Ambient Interiors is not a credit provider.

    • All financing applications are subject to Elepay’s independent approval and credit criteria.

    • Ambient Interiors is not responsible for any interest, late fees, or legal consequences arising from the client’s agreement with Elepay.

  • 4. Intellectual Property:

    • Ambient Interiors retains full copyright and intellectual property rights over all staging designs, curated looks, and photographic materials produced by us.

    • Marketing photos provided by Ambient Interiors are licensed for the specific property campaign only and may not be sold or reused for other purposes without written consent.

  • 5. Inventory Care and Liability:

    • All furniture and accessories remain the sole property of Ambient Interiors.

    • The client is responsible for maintaining the condition of all items from the time of installation until collection.

    • The client must ensure the property is secure. Any loss, theft, or damage (including stains, pet damage, or structural breakage) will be invoiced to the client at full replacement value.

  • 6. Installation and Collection:

    • The client or agent must ensure the property is clean, clear of other trades, and accessible at the agreed time.

    • Delays caused by lack of access or an unready site may incur additional labor fees.

    • Standard staging periods are typically 4–6 weeks. Extensions may be available for an additional weekly fee.

  • 7. Insurance: While Ambient Interiors maintains its own business insurance, the client is encouraged to maintain their own building and contents insurance for the duration of the staging period.

  • 8. Limitation of Liability:

    • Property styling is an aesthetic service. Ambient Interiors does not guarantee a specific sale price, a successful auction outcome, or a specific timeframe for the sale.

    • We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the sale process.

  • 9. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
